Know when a job posting is missing something Ontario requires.

Since January 1, 2026, Ontario employers with 25 or more employees have to show pay, say whether AI is used to screen applicants, say whether the job is an existing vacancy, and follow up with everyone they interview. Posting Watch checks your live postings every week and tells you what's missing, in plain language.

Become a founding member: C$19/mo One-time audit: C$99

Founding price is locked for life. Only 50 spots. Launching the week of November 16, 2026. First charge one month after you join.

Questions

Does this apply to us? Ontario's rules apply to employers with 25 or more employees on the day a posting goes up, for public postings for a specific job done in Ontario. They also cover postings a recruiter or staffing agency runs on an employer's behalf.

Will you tell us we're compliant? No. We check that the required items are present in the posting text. We don't certify compliance or give legal advice.
